1 Plaintiff Cyndi W. Gilbert appeals from a verdict in favor of defendants Paul R. Ince and the law firm of Callister, Nebeker & McCullough. Gilbert brought suit against defendants, alleging they had wrongfully used civil proceedings in filing and maintaining a malpractice action against her. The trial court conducted a jury trial and, at the Conclusion of Gilberts case in chief, granted defendants motion for a directed verdict. We affirm.
